Beef Nihari (نہاری) Daig is a fragrant, flavourful and clean stew with slow cooked meat and a diverse range of spices. The beef is slow cooked for hours in order that the spices and aroma are infused into the beef. The word “Nihari” originated from the Arabic word, “Nahar” this means that “morning”.
